To enter this sweepstakes you MUST use the e-mail form on this site. We are NOT accepting any entries via the postal service. Input your Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Email, and Phone. Please select whether your only interested in the contest or whether you would like someone to contact you regarding real estate. Lastly, press the send button. Entry limited to one per person. All duplicate entries are automatically deleted. Montana Avenue Realty is not responsible for lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer transmissions or technical failures. All entries become the property of Montana Avenue Realty.

DRAWING: One Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by July 31, 2002. Prize is only redeemable between August 1, 2002 - September 30, 2002. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by the official rules. The winner will be notified by email. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release sweepstakes sponsor and its agencies from any and all liability for injuries and/or damages of any kind sustained in connection with traveling to, or participating in, any prize activity. No prize substitutions except as provided herein. Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Montana Avenue Realty reserves the right to change or replace prize element with another of equal or greater value should featured prize become unavailable.

PRIZES: All prizes are valid and redeemable only between August 1, 2002 - September 30, 2002. Guest Services are not included with prize.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Advance reservations must be made by contest winner, based on availability.
